Sorting through the COVID-19 Resource Information for the Foodservice Industry

If you are like me, you have been inundated from every side with information about Covid-19; some of it relevant and factual, some of it just noise and distracting, making it difficult to determine what is important for the continued operation of your business during this public health crisis.

The Colorado Restaurant Association has been busy collecting, sorting through, and compiling relevant COVID-19 information for the Foodservice Industry; as a staunch industry ally and partner, they are offering this resource free of charge through their website as well as through webinars.

Additionally, ServSafe and the National Restaurant Association is offering free relevant training for precautions around take out and delivery services as well as offering their popular Food Handler Training free through April 30, 2020.
